The 46Solutions IT support help desk, often referred to simply as the “help desk,” is our local call center that provides daily assistance to our clients with IT-related issues and inquiries. The primary purpose is to ensure the smooth functioning of our clients IT systems and assist users in resolving technical problems over-the-phone and remote. For hardware issues, we also provide on-site support.
