With the touch of a button, our award-winning, custom-made barrel rises from the top using an automated lift. The pop-up storage lift, hidden inside the bourbon whiskey barrel, conceals glassware and the finest bourbon. Barrels are built-to-order and shipped anywhere in the United States.

Currently, the automated barrels have an 8-10 week backlog, but can be expedited with a rush-build fee (4-6 weeks). 46Solutions Manager of Audio/Video Services, Alex Blanton, originally developed the idea of the barrel bar lift using technology provided to customers for hidden TVs and hidden coffee bars for kitchen counters. The original design won the Nexus21 Innovation Award for 2022.

What Affects the Cost of an Automated & Motorized Bourbon Barrel?

At 46Solutions, our automated barrels are customized for each order. The cost of the barrel depends on the following:

LED Lighting

Choose soft lighting to compliment the bottles and/or glasses you store inside your barrel.

Drink Ledge

Add a 36-inch tabletop drink ledge with a center raise to enhance the use of your custom barrel.

Customization

Barrels can be customized to add laser engraving and stain upon request.

Rush Build (4-6 weeks)

As barrels are custom-built-to-order, delivery time is about 8-10 weeks. Therefore, expediting the order will add to the cost of the barrel but decrease the delivery time.

Freight

Shipping costs and taxes will vary state-to-state.
